As many of our items are handcrafted or produced in small batches, slight variations in colour, print, embroidery, stitching, or detailing may occur.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, or other errors.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has already been processed for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees may apply depending on the delivery location. Shipping fees apply to orders shipped outside the Greater Vancouver area in British Columbia, as well as other Canadian and international destinations where applicable.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns

Eligible returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Clothing must be unworn, unused, in new condition, and have all original tags attached. Additional conditions and exclusions may apply as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

All original Neel Zari Haus branding, logos, product photography, graphics, written content, and other original website materials are the property of Neel Zari Haus unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
